David had a meeting in Cork (Ireland), so I went along for the ride. Saint Patrick's day is coming up and the Irish are already geared up for it. I shopped at the Irish version of Primark, tried some Murphy's Ale at the advice of a taxi driver who claims is one of those things that tastes different in Cork (it was established there, apparently), ate some Mexican food (much to my pleasant surprise!), giggled at signs in Gaelic and learned that there is a strong connection between Ireland and America that I somehow never understood before... (all while David was at his meeting!)
