Today was the first day it really rained for a long period of time. Of course it happened to begin while I was walking to the bus to go into Camberley and I got soaked, but I came across a snail on my way back. I love snails and now am terrified to step on one! (and yes, I stopped in the rain to take a picture of the sidewalk... what a nerd.)
What I learned today: Hooded rain jackets are much better than umbrellas.
They're cute at first...but you'll learn. They're gross and kind of scary when you see them together in large quantities! Yeah, and you definitely don't want to step on one! I walked with my head down on the look out for snails and dog poop. Living in England is grand!
